Your Learner Hub: what you were given and what you have done
Find the activities you were given, when each one closes, and your attempts and scores.
Your Learner Hub keeps every activity you have opened in one place, so you can find it again without the link. When you sign in to Taktyl yourself, rather than from an activity's link or your LMS, it is where you land. Your organisation may call it something else.
The menu on the left has three pages.
Dashboard
The first page greets you and counts what is Open to you, what has a close date, and your attempts In progress and Finished. Carry on opens the activity you started most recently and have not finished. Below it are the first few activities from My learning and your newest attempts from My work; See all opens the whole list.
My learning
Every activity you were given, each with when it opens or closes, in your organisation's time zone:
- Opens with a day and time: you can see it, but it is not open yet.
- Closes with a day and time: the soonest to close is first. (your extension) means your teacher gave you more time, and the time shown is yours.
- Read only: it has closed, and you can still look at your answers.
- Closed on a date: it has closed.
Each card also says whether you have Not started, are In progress, or have Finished. Select a card to open the activity. Activities that have closed are under Show what has closed.
My work
Every attempt you have made, newest first: which attempt it was, when you started or finished, and where it stands. A finished attempt shows your score, such as 7 out of 10. Handed in at the close means the activity closed while you were working, and what you had done was handed in for you.
If you did the activity in your LMS, the row says Your mark is in and the name of your LMS, such as Canvas. Your LMS decides when you see it.
If something is missing
An activity your teacher has taken down, or one that is hidden until it opens, is not listed. It comes back when it is published or opens. Nothing you did is lost.
