# Let students make activities of their own > Switch on My creations for your students, choose how many activities each one can have, and see where theirs are kept. Students can build activities of their own from **My creations** in their Learner Hub, when your organisation switches it on. It is off until an organisation admin turns it on. ## Switch it on 1. Open **Organisation settings** and choose **Defaults**. 2. Turn on **Students can create their own activities**. 3. Under it, set **Most activities one student can have**: a whole number from 1 to 50. It starts at 3. Each change saves as you make it, and the audit log keeps who changed what. If your plan does not include it, the switch is off and cannot be turned on, and a line under it says which plan has it. ## What a student can do with theirs A student opens the same editor you use, to change, preview, publish and delete their own activity. They cannot move, copy or export it, see its Insights or Review, or use AI or your file library: they type or paste a picture's address instead. Once a student publishes one, only people in your organisation can open it, and they sign in first. There is no embed code for it. ## Where theirs are kept A student's activity is kept in your organisation's default workspace, so its leaders and your organisation admins see it there, as they see any activity. A leader can open it to anyone with the link: in **Share**, turn on **Anyone with the link can open it**. Each one counts toward your plan's activities as yours do. When a student deletes one it goes to the Bin, where staff can restore it, and it gives them back a place. A restore is refused while that student already has as many as they can have. ## Turning it off Turning it off stops students making new activities. Nothing is taken away: what they already made stays on their **My creations**, and they can still open, change and delete it. Lowering the number takes nothing away either.
