See who has opened your activities
The students list shows everyone who has opened an activity, how they came, and how much they have done.
The students list shows everybody who has opened one of your activities, from an LMS or from an activity's link. Nobody is invited: students appear here by themselves the first time they open an activity.
There are two lists:
- Workspace › Students shows the students who opened an activity of this workspace. Leaders of the workspace can open it.
- Organisation › Students shows everybody who opened any of the organisation's activities. Organisation admins can open it. Its band also counts how many were Active in the last 12 months.
What each column means
- Name, with their email address under it.
- Came through: LMS if they came from a course in your LMS, or Activity link if they used a shared link.
- Activities opened: how many different activities they have opened.
- Finished: how many of those they have finished.
- Last opened: when they last opened one.
- First here: when they first arrived.
Press a column heading to sort by it. The list starts with the most recent first.
What this list does not do
The list is for reading. You cannot add, remove or message students here, and nobody is ever turned away because of how many students you have.
To see how students did on one activity, with their scores and attempts, open the activity and go to its Insights tab.
