# Organisation settings: defaults, your words and idle sign-out > Set your content language, rename Taktyl's words, choose when idle people are signed out, and switch features on or off. **Organisation settings** holds the choices that apply to everybody in your organisation. Open it from the Organisation group in the rail. Its tabs are **Defaults**, **Vocabulary**, **Idle sign-out**, **Security log**, **Features** and **Danger zone**, and it opens on **Defaults**. Each change saves as you make it. Your organisation's name, time zone, contacts and logo are on **Details**. ## Defaults - **Content language**: the language your activities are written in. Published activities declare it, so screen readers read them in the right voice. It does not translate Taktyl. - **Students can create their own activities**: lets students build activities of their own from their Learner Hub, with the most one student can have. See [Let students make activities of their own](/support/articles/students-make-their-own-activities). ## Vocabulary Your organisation's own words for a few of Taktyl's: what Taktyl calls a workspace, a student and the Learner Hub. Type the word for one and for more than one. They replace Taktyl's on every screen, in emails and in the help, for everybody in your organisation. A renamed word shows **Renamed**, and **Go back to Taktyl’s words** undoes it. ## Idle sign-out Choose how long somebody can leave Taktyl idle before they are signed out, under **Sign out after**: 15 or 30 minutes, 1 hour, 90 minutes, or 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 or 12 hours. Until you choose, Taktyl's default of 2 hours applies. - People are warned two minutes before, and can choose to stay signed in. - Someone in more than one organisation gets the shortest time of them all. - Someone who opens Taktyl from your LMS is signed out by the LMS instead. ## Security log Send your organisation's audit log to your own security system (a SIEM) as it happens: sign-ins, access, people and settings. Type its https **Address**, and a **Header name** and **Header value** if it needs one, then press **Save**. **Forward the audit log** off keeps the address and sends nothing. Under it, Taktyl says when it last sent, how many events are waiting, and the last failure with its reason. ## Features Every feature your organisation can switch on or off, one row each, with a line on what it does. A feature your plan does not include is off, and its row says why. Your AI provider and its key are on **Organisation › Integrations**. ## Danger zone Closing your organisation is done by the Taktyl team, and it starts with a complete export of your data. Press **Data export** to download one, then **Ask us to close it**.
