See your plan and ask for a bigger one
Billing & usage shows your organisation's plan, what it uses, and the plans you can ask to move to.
Billing & usage is where an organisation admin sees the organisation's plan and asks for a bigger one.
Read your plan
- In the rail, under Organisation, choose Billing.
- The Your plan card names your plan, with a Since date.
- Under it, a meter for each thing your plan counts: Activities, Staff members, Students, Storage and Workspaces. Each one shows what you use against your plan, with a sentence such as how much is left.

Compare the plans
Under Plans, each card lists what that plan includes, such as how many activities and staff members it allows and how much storage it has. Each card shows one of these:
- Your plan on the plan you are on now.
- Ask for and the plan's name, on a plan above yours.
- Ask about and the plan's name, on a plan set up for each organisation.
- Requested when you have already asked for that plan.
Ask for a bigger plan
- On the plan you want, select Ask for (or Ask about).
- If you like, write in Anything we should know, such as how many people will use it.
- Select Send the request.
The Taktyl team looks at it and gets back to you. Your plan changes once it is approved; nothing you have changes before then. The card shows Requested while you wait.
A plan change never switches anything off. If you ever have more than a plan allows, what you already have keeps working, and only the next new one waits until there is room. Students are never turned away.
