# Your organisation at a glance

> The organisation Overview counts your workspaces, staff and students, and names who runs the organisation.

The organisation **Overview** is the first page of the Organisation group. It tells you, in one look, who runs your organisation and what is in it. Only organisation admins see it.

1. In the rail, under **Organisation**, choose **Overview**.
2. Read the three figures at the top:
   - **Workspaces**: how many workspaces your organisation has.
   - **Staff**: the people who build in the organisation and are not suspended.
   - **Students**: the students who have joined your organisation by opening an activity, through a link or your LMS, and are not suspended.
3. The **Organisation admins** card lists everybody who can run the organisation, with their email address.
4. The **Workspaces** card lists every workspace. **Opens first** marks the one Taktyl opens for somebody who has not switched to another yet.

Each figure is counted fresh every time the page opens, so it is always up to date.
