# Keep your work in folders > Make folders on My activities, move activities and interactions into them, and delete a folder you no longer need. **My activities** lists your own activities and interactions in the workspace you are in. Choose **Activities** or **Interactions** at the top. Folders run down the left, under **All activities** (or **All interactions**). Everything sits in a folder. Each person has a **General** folder in each workspace: it holds anything not in another folder, and it cannot be renamed or deleted. ## Make a folder 1. Select **New folder** at the foot of the folder list. 2. Type a **Name** and pick a **Colour**. 3. Select **Make folder**. A new activity goes into the folder you have open when you select **New activity**. You can also choose its **Folder** in the panel. ## Move something into a folder 1. On its card, select the three-dot menu, then **Move to folder**. 2. Pick the folder and select **Move**. The same menu has **Rename**, **Save as a template**, **Export as a file** (activities only) and **Move to bin**. ## Find something Open a folder, or type in **Search activities…** to find by title. **Sort** puts the list in **Last edited** or **Name, A to Z** order. ## Rename or delete a folder Open the folder. **Rename**, or the three-dot **Folder options** and **Rename or recolour**, changes its name and colour. To delete it, choose **Move folder to bin** from **Folder options**. If it holds activities, Taktyl asks what to do with them: - **No, move them to General**: only the empty folder goes to the Bin. - **Yes, put them in the Bin with the folder**: they go together, and come back together if you restore the folder. Its interactions always move to General, because other activities may use them.
