Send feedback and read the team's replies

Tell the Taktyl team what is broken, what could be better or what you would like, and follow the conversation in Notifications.

Feedback in the top bar goes straight to the Taktyl team, from any screen. Their answers show in your Notifications.

Send feedback

Select Feedback in the top bar.
Under What kind of feedback is this?, choose Something is broken, Could be better, I have an idea or Nice work.
Write what is on your mind.
To show what you mean, select Take a screenshot to capture the screen, or Paste a picture to add one you copied. You can also paste a picture straight into the form.
Tick Email me about this if you would like an email when the team replies or your feedback moves on.
Select Send. You see Thanks for the feedback!

Taktyl adds the screen you were on, so you do not need to describe where you were.

Read the replies

When the team replies, the bell in the top bar shows The Taktyl team replied. Select it to go straight to the conversation.

You can also open the bell, select View all notifications, and choose the Feedback tab. It lists everything you have sent, with its kind, where it is up to, and the whole conversation.

Reply to the team

On the Feedback tab, find the conversation.
Write in Reply to the team. If you like, use Add a picture (optional).
Select Send reply.

You can reply once the team has written back. When a conversation is closed, send new feedback from the top bar if there is more to say.

Each conversation has its own Email me about this switch, so you can turn emails on or off for that one at any time.
