# Download your own data > Save a file of everything Taktyl holds about you, at once, from the Danger zone. You can download a file of what Taktyl holds about you at any time. It is ready at once: nothing is emailed, and there is no link to wait for. 1. Select your name at the foot of the rail and choose **Profile**. 2. Choose the **Danger zone** tab. 3. Under **Download your data**, select **Download my data (JSON)**. Your browser saves the file. JSON is a plain text format that many tools can open. ## What the file holds - Your account. - The organisations and workspaces you belong to. - What you opened and answered. - Your feedback and its replies. - What you did in Taktyl. - A list of what you made. ## What it leaves out - Your password and other sign-in secrets. - Other people's details. - The content itself, such as your activities. That belongs to your organisation, so the file lists what you made but not what is in it. If you run your organisation and want a copy of all of its content, an organisation admin can ask for the organisation's data export instead. See "Download all your organisation's data".
